Yes - all plumbing, heating & gas work is insured for £5 million public liability & property damage with Zurich.

Chemical flushes provide an efficient, solution for cleansing boilers & radiators, removing system debris when used in conjunction with an agitator. (Agitator = tool that removes sludge, hardened deposits and blockages from radiators without the need to replace them)

They can help you to avoid costly repair bills by minimising the risk of a complete heating system breakdown.

Q8. I'm having a chemical flush on my radiators, can I upgrade some of my older radiators at the same time?

Yes - During the chemical flush is an ideal time to inject some designer luxury into your homes heating.

Replacing older radiators helps your heating system to work at their very best efficiency while improving the entire look and feel of your rooms.

9. My radiator is not heating up. Will a new radiator fix the problem?

If your radiator is very old then a new radiator may well solve the problem.

Before we recommend replacing your radiator we would recommend completing a few more diagnostic checks on your heating system to really understand what the problem could be.

Q10. Will installing a limescale reducer improve my radiators & boilers efficiency?

A limescale reducer attached to the main supply of your house could protect the hot water heat exchanger from becoming blocked with limescale. If blocked with limescale it would have to work harder to heat your water.
