Yes! - Our engineers will call you as they travel to your home. Usually arriving at the time you have agreed. Should they be delayed you will receive a telephone update providing a new estimated time of arrival. It could be from 45min - 1 hour. Doing safety checks from your gas meter to your boiler takes a little time but its well worth it in terms of boiler efficiency & safety for your family.

Q8. Does my pressurised hot water cylinder require an annual safety service to maintain its manufacturer guarantee & safety operation?
It is recommended by the manufacturer that your pressurised hot water cylinder needs to be serviced annually in order to maintain its guarantee. It also needs to be serviced annually in order to ensure all safety features are working correctly. Your BPEC vented & unvented qualified service engineer will also complete the appropriate Service Interval Record.
